New Year, New Resolutions for MOL Portugal
What’s in store for MOL in 2024
We are doubling down on Portugal for you, despite all of the changes in 2023.
As we kick off the New Year, Rafael and I took a look back at a pretty tumultuous year and we gave our head a shake before looking at each other with anticipation. 2023 was nuts! With the investment by real estate rule changes to Golden Visa, NHR regime getting retired and topping that off with the Prime Minister of Portugal resigning, we felt like we were barely able to catch our breath. We did grit our teeth and managed our clients and projects through all that change but felt the pressure near the end of the year. After some time off and a fresh perspective, we can’t wait for this year to get started as we begin our year helping new clients to play within new rules.
With our renewed energy in this new year, we are making some new year’s resolutions on how to help our clients.
#1. More Transparent:
We are going to make transparency our secret weapon. We’ve always tried to break down the buying process for our clients but we will strive to make things even more clear, provide even more examples and share even more on our socials so we can bring you along for all the details around purchasing property in Portugal.
#2. More Connection:
Last year we focused on building out our YouTube videos and are so proud of our achievements there. This year we feel like we need to make sure we can reach you wherever you are, regardless of platform you use. That means we are getting more active on Instagram, more live events across the socials and maybe, just maybe even some in person events! We are so excited to try different things to help show off Portugal's charm, highlight success stories, and drop market wisdom.
#3. Quality > Quantity:
In years past, Rafael and I have been trying to manage our business growth through number of sales and projects. This year, we are in the position to choose quality over quantity. We want to pick our projects like we’re curating a playlist and we want for you to do the same. Better projects = Happy clients!
