“The experts you need when purchasing a property in Portugal! Purchasing a property outside of the US was a new experience for both my husband and myself. We reached out to MOL Portugal after we had obtained NIF numbers and established a bank account to start the process of finding a property.
During a 30-minute video call, Mia and Rafael were quickly able to determine the type of property we were looking for, including desired location by asking thoughtful questions. They were honest about the lack of available properties that met our search criteria given our budget. While that is not what you want to hear as a buyer, it is reassuring to know your agents are going to be honest and straightforward.
